We will meet with you to discuss your vision for your space and inspect the existing area. In light of what you tell us about your current and future lifestyle needs, your wish list and your budget we will provide on the spot suggestions and examples to fully explore your ideas so that we can best personalise your design to achieve your ideal outdoor space.

After meeting with you we create a concept plan using the information collected at our consultation. The concept plan is a basic drawing that outlines the major features of your design in the existing landscape and gives you a visual guide as to how it will all come together. The concept plan is a work in progress that we will review and modify with you as we progress through the design and construction process.

Together with the concept plan and timeline, we will provide you with a plant selection list and materials list so you can get a sense of the materials costs associated with the project.

After working through and refining the concept design we will provide you with the final drawings for your approval. This will include details of materials, planting schedule and timeline for each phase of the project as well as building codes, local government regulations and other construction considerations.

At this point we will provide an itemised detailed quote for your review prior to commencement of the project.
